Glasgow UniversityHoliday time has come around, and with the need to escape the house, set off to beat the weather and photograph something I haven't done before. Glasgow university cloisters has been on my list to get to for some time. I have seen many friends and contacts photograph them, but wanted to see for myself. It was impressive walking through the grounds of the university and nestled between the East and West quadrangles sits the Cloisters. A lovely space, quiet at the time of day I was there, with only the occasional passing student, official or workman. As the rain started to fall, earlier than I had expected, I beat a retreat, happy with having had a good wander around and a venture into the University Chapel too. University Cloisters I will be back, if only to catch this lovely piece of Glasgow in different lights, and I can thoroughly recommend heading here and adding some time to see the Hunterian Museum as well.
